| Beer Money Commission #1 Contract Between: Jonathan Trayner, MILL-WORKERS, 144 Arthur Millwood Court, Rodney Street, Salford. M15 4GB. (Hereafter MILL-WORKERS) And: Yoshiko Sato, [ADDRESS]. (Hereafter The Artist) Regarding: Title of work Price (Hereafter The Artworks) For the purposes of Beer Money Commission #1 MILL-WORKERS will pay The Artist £59.10 for the production of The Artworks. The Artist will produce five artworks as listed above. These will then be put up for sale, by MILL-WORKERS on behalf of the artist, on the website www.buynewart.com for the prices listed above (these prices are not including any commission taken from third parties including www.buynewart.com). If any of The Artworks are sold during the period of six months from the initial placing of The Artworks on www.buynewart.com then MILL-WORKERS will receive 50% of the price listed above. During this period The Artworks are not to be exhibited or sold via any other means except by agreement between MILL-WORKERS and The Artist. During this period MILL-WORKERS may undertake further promotional activity of the works and will keep The Artist informed of this process. After this period all usual rights regarding The Artworks revert solely to The Artist.
